We’re delighted to welcome Heather Thompson to Arden as our new Sales Support Representative, based in our UK design and manufacturing facility.

Heather will play a key role in driving the growth of our fiber Mode Controller (ModCon) products and after-sales services for all customers, whilst providing essential support to the sales team selling our precision instruments for optical fiber characterisation.

With many years of experience in customer support within the telecom industry, Heather brings valuable expertise and a strong customer-focused approach. She will make a significant contribution to both our team and our customers.
